Alot of companies are jumping on the green bandwagon with promotions. Good promotions are about offering prizes that consumers want. So why not offer up “green” themed prizes?
The obvious would of course be hybrid cars, but you can take it much farther than that. A few thought starters to get your creative juices flowing:
- Green home improvements such as solar panels, insulation, water treatment and energy-saving landscaping. Lower cost options might be changing out interior lighting or offering more energy-saving appliances
- Green trips, possibly tied into a worthy cause
- Shopping sprees at any natural foods stores or other retailers offering green items
- Bicycles and mopeds. Hey, what about a Segway!
- Paid utility bills for a month, a year, for life

I agree totally with you.
People should do everything possible to promote Green and Sustainable activities and nothing better for that job than to use appropriate promotional materials.
